Shipping policy

1. Filling material for shipping packages
At www.brushhm.nl the products are protected during shipping with so-called air cushions, filling chips or other filling material. This filling material ensures that the products in the packaging are not damaged during transport. Nowadays it is often thought that paper is automatically more environmentally friendly than plastic, but this is not always the case. The air cushions used at www.brushhm.nl have a space-saving volume, with just one cut, an empty bag is left behind that can easily be recycled. The material used to fill the packages is made from 100% recycled material. Within the available options, we at www.brushhm.nl always choose the most environmentally friendly way of shipping.

2. Delivery from www.brushhm.nl via PostNL
Only shipped from stock within 3 working days. If you are not at home, PostNL will deliver the package to your neighbors. Or at a PostNL point nearby. You will receive a card from PostNL with a 'non-home code'. With this code you can see on the track & trace where the package can be picked up. The package will remain at the PostNL point for 1 week and then be returned to the sender.

If a product is not in stock, you can register for an email notification. You will then receive an email when the product is back in stock. If the shipping time on the website unexpectedly deviates by more than 2 working days from the actual shipping time, we will inform you about this and make every effort to find the best possible solution.

No orders are sent and/or offered on Dutch national holidays. Our BRUSH team at www.brushhm.nl always does its utmost to deliver your order to your home as quickly as possible!

3. Longer delivery time with manual transfer
Do you pay by manual transfer? It may then take up to 2 working days before we receive the payment. We will ship the products when we have received payment.

4. Delivery costs
For orders under €75, the shipping costs in the Netherlands are €6.95. Orders are delivered FREE in the Netherlands from €75. Shipping costs within the EU are €12.95. It is not possible to have a package sent to a PO box.
5. Evening delivery
We offer consumers the option to have their orders delivered in the evening. Ideal if you work during the day. The shipping costs for this are €7.95 for orders under €75. Evening delivery is free for orders over €75. Evening delivery takes place from Monday to Friday depending on availability at DHL. If you choose evening delivery on Friday, evening delivery will take place on Monday. The order will be presented to you once. If you are not at home, DHL can choose to deliver the package to your neighbors. In that case you will receive a notification in your mailbox. If DHL does not deliver the package to the neighbors, the package will be delivered to a DHL Collection Point where the package can be collected during 7 days. Brushhm.com cannot influence whether and to which neighbors your package is offered. If the order is not delivered or collected, the package will be returned to brushhm.com. We will then contact you by email.

6. Delivery to a PostNL or DHL Service Point

Once you have entered your details when completing your order, you can choose from the nearest collection points. When you enter your zip code, an option will appear to choose the nearest DHL Service Point in your area. This only applies to the Netherlands and Belgium! You will receive a message when the package has arrived at the collection point, so that you can pick it up at the desired time. So you no longer have to wait at home! The package will remain for 5 working days. If you do not collect it within 5 working days, the package will be returned to brushhm.nl. If this occurs, please contact our customer service for an appropriate solution. This can be done via info@brushhm.nl. The costs for delivery to a PostNL Service Point in the Netherlands are €5.95 and there is FREE shipping in the Netherlands for orders over €75.

7. Pick up in our BRUSH salon
Would you rather pick up your order yourself? Our stylists will carefully pack your package and prepare it for collection within 3 working days. We kindly ask you to first send a message to info@brushhm.nl with the desired pick-up time. Collection is possible at the address of our salon: Van Hilligaertstraat 27h, 1072 JX in Amsterdam.
