If you'd like to switch to a different stylist for your appointment, our team will be happy to check availability. However, we cannot guarantee that the requested stylist will be available, as their schedule may already be full.

If your desired stylist is unavailable, your treatment will continue with the originally booked stylist, or you may choose to cancel your appointment. Please note that cancellations are free of charge up to 48h. Cancellations made within 48h are subject to a 50% charge of the reserved service amount, as outlined in our cancellation policy.
