HOW DO I SCHEDULE A HAIR APPOINTMENT?

You can book your appointment directly through our salonized reservations page. In some cases we might ask for a deposit. This will be deducted from the final price discussed with your stylist in the salon.

Our schedule is open for the next three months, and each day a new time slot becomes available. For example, on March 3rd, appointments for July 3rd will open.

If we are fully booked, we recommend following us on Instagram, where we post any last-minute cancellations in our stories.

Please don't hesitate to contact us or dm us on instagram, if you encounter difficulty booking an appointment.

HOW DO I USE MY BRUSH GIFTCARD?

You can reach out to us at info@brushhm.nl or send us a message on Instagram and we’ll gladly arrange the appointment for you.

HOW DO I GET TO THE SALON?

Our hair salon is located at:

If you're driving, there is plenty of parking space in our street and around in the area.

The nearest metro station is de Pijp on the Noord/Zuid line or you can take the tram options which stops close at Cornelis Troostplein: line 12 or 3 or roelof hartplein: line 5

CAN I BUY PRODUCTS AT YOUR SALON WITHOUT HAIR APPOINTMENT?

Yes, of course! Feel free to drop by the salon to purchase your hair products. Our stylists are happy to advice you on your perfect hair care routine.

How do I prepare for my first time appointment with my BRUSH Amsterdam hair stylist?

Some salons hate it when a client comes in armed with references of styles. At BRUSH we love your hair inspo because we listen to you to understand your true desires and to give our professional advice accordingly. In fact, we ask you to come to your first appointment with 2-3 references of what your dream hair looks like; think cut, style and colour palette. Then, we’ll chat through the possibilities and agree on a treatment plan prior to starting your treatment.

What if my dream hair is unachievable?

Don’t stress, we can get you as close to your dream hair as your hair type and condition will allow. Our skilled team knows exactly how to plan for and work towards your goals while prioritising the integrity and condition of your hair. If you’re wanting a true hair transformation, it’s important you’re open to it being a delicate, precious and evolutionary process; transformative hair can’t always happen in one visit.

I'm wanting to get hair extensions. What type of hair extensions do you offer?

At BRUSH we believe our fully customisable tape extensions technique and handmade clip-ins are the healthiest and most personalised way of extenions to create your dream hair. Please discover more details and BRUSHbeauties that already trust us listed here.

How should I allocate my hair at BRUSH?

While BRUSH is all about a relaxing, calming and gezellige vibe, we also understand the reality of busy lives and schedules. If you are on a tight time schedule, we ask that you inform us on arrival (if not earlier) to help us to send you back to that busy life on time and with great hair. That said, if you’re booked in for a colour service then we ask that you allow for 3-4 hours with us. Some things can’t be rushed and quality colour is one of them.

What if I run late? Will it affect my appointment?

Communication is key. Please be mindful that some of our appointment times are allocated in such a way that even if you're running 15 minutes late you can be eating into half of your appointment time. If you are delayed more than 15 minutes and your booked service cannot be completed in the allocated time you will be charged 100% of your expected booking costs. We will always be as understanding and as flexible as possible and treat this situation on a case-by-case basis.

If I need to reschedule my upcoming appointment, how much notice do you need?

Please note that we have a cancellation policy in place. A cancellation or reschedule to another day within the 48h frame results in a 50% charge equal to the reserved service amount. A "NO SHOW" results in a 100% charge equal to the reserved service amount.

What is the experience level of BRUSH stylists and what is the pricing structure?

Each BRUSH hair expert has been hand-picked not only for their skillset, time and experience but also because of who they are as people. We offer a varied range of specialised hair services and price points to suit most budgets with three levels of expertise: Junior Stylist, Top Stylist and Director.

Our Junior stylists have 2-3 years of experience, our Top stylists have 4+ years of experience and are true specialists; they come with an incredible skill set and a wealth of experience. If they can’t deliver your hair dream then no one can!

Our directors Bryan and Justin are the founders of BRUSH. Together they have more than 15+ years of experience, an all-encompassing love of hair and some great runs on the board to prove it. Both excellent in their niche, they will give you the transformative hair experience you’ve always longed for.

BRUSH Stylists are all educated with the BRUSH way of hair skills and are our home-grown talent on the rise.

How much will it cost me to have my hair done at BRUSH?

At BRUSH we passionately believe in transparency, value and delivering on our word. All our lightening services come grouped and as packages to ensure the most effective and convenient way to your dream hair. Prices start at 99 for haircuts and 195 for highlights or Balayage inclusive of Gloss/Tone, reparative K18 treatment and blowout.

How often will I need to have my hair done at BRUSH?

Ofcourse we'd love nothing more than to welcome you as often as you’d like to visit, but we have created signature techniques to let you enjoy your hair as long as possible.

Ideally, for the big (foil) service we see our Blondes only every 3 months and our Brondes only every 4-5 months. In between we advice to come in and refresh your color real quick with just a toner which makes it possible to be in and out in less than 45min.


Hair and particularly hair colour is an investment and we don’t want you to feel like you’re chained to your regrowth or like you’re being locked into an unrealistic schedule. One of our BRUSH signatures is soft root shadow blends so the grow-out is not noticeable and you really can get the most out of your colour between visits. We also believe that tone should be deliberate so that you avoid going brassy over time and condition should be respected so you can have luscious hair all year long.

Do you offer flexible payment options at BRUSH like afterpay?

Not (yet) at the moment. We are currently assessing the options for our hair product webshop and hair extensions services in the future.
