BRUSH was founded in 2017 by Bryan and Justin, a dynamic duo driven by their passion for hairstyling. As the proud founders of the top-rated salon in Amsterdam Oud zuid/de Pijp for three consecutive years they and their talented team have established BRUSH as the go-to place for unrivaled quality and service. They are incredibly grateful to the locals, internationals, influencers, and magazines that have embraced BRUSH and become part of their thriving community.
WAAR HET ALLEMAAL BEGON...
Bryan’s journey in the hairdressing industry began at the young age of 15. Within just three years, his exceptional talent led him to win the prestigious Chair Talent Award. This achievement opened doors for him to work at Amsterdam Fashion Week and participate in various TV productions, fueling his inspiration and creative vision.
Meanwhile, Justin successfully completed his law studies at the University of Utrecht. However, his affinity for beauty, particularly in the realm of hairstyling, had always been present. Following his mother and grandmother footsteps, who were both hairstylists, Justin developed a deep appreciation for the artistry and craftsmanship involved.
In 2016, Bryan and Justin crossed paths, and their love story merged seamlessly with their shared passion for grooming. Fuelled by Bryan’s expertise and experiences, Justin developed his own fervor for hairstyling. Their combined dedication led them to open BRUSH in 2017, bringing their mutual dream to life.

FOUNDER | DIRECTOR | EXTENSIONS SPECIALIST
Bryan is de drijvende kracht achter BRUSH. Hij begon als haarstylist toen hij slechts 15 jaar oud was en bundelde zijn ervaringen in alle facetten van de industrie om deze unieke ruimte te creëren met een divers team en klantenkring waar niemand een nummer is, maar elk individu centraal staat. Als masterstylist, colorist, exetensions specialist en educator ontwikkelt hij gepassioneerd nieuwe baanbrekende technieken en deelt hij graag zijn vaardigheden met andere stylisten. Veel klanten reizen het land door en zélfs internationaal om hun haar speciaal door Bryan te laten behandelen.
Justin
FOUNDER I DIRECTOR I COLOR SPECIALIST
Gefascineerd door verzorging, volgt Justin de nieuwste internationale trends op het gebied van haarkleuring. Hij zet zich in om van BRUSH de beste, meest innovatieve en 'fashion forward' salon van Nederland te maken. Altijd strevend naar perfectie, heeft hij zich ontwikkeld tot een kleurenspecialist in balayages, highlights en all over kleuren op zowel blondines als brunettes waarvoor zijn klanten blijven terugkomen. Elke dag probeert hij zichzelf nog beter te maken door regelmatig te trainen met internationaal toonaangevende haarstylisten om zo zijn passie te delen met klanten en het team.

Cheyenne works passionately every day to create the most beautiful curls and makeup looks. From lifelong experience with her own curls, she likes to share all usefull tips and tricks. Over time she developed an incredible sense of detail and knows how to treat She feels lucky to work at BRUSH where she can use all her creativity by helping every customer find happiness in their new perfect look.
